Prior to Mozilla, Michael spent 3 and a half years as the Head of People for Pinterest with responsibility for all HR functions and reporting to the CEO. Before Pinterest, Michael spent 4 years at Google leading HR for the Europe/Middle East/Africa region and lived abroad in Zurich, Switzerland.
Steven Forth is passionate about building communities and high-performance teams. He is the founder of a number of B2B SaaS companies including Agreement Express and LeveragePoint and manages the 116,000 person LinkedIn Design Thinking group. He lives in Vancouver BC and is an urban gardener and cyclist.
