Michael is a strong people advocate. He helped lead several firsts in the Tech industry, including setting public Diversity goals and creating more employee rights for stock options. Prior to Mozilla, Michael spent 3 and a half years as the Head of People for Pinterest with responsibility for all HR functions and reporting to the CEO. Before Pinterest, Michael spent 4 years at Google leading HR for the Europe/Middle East/Africa region and lived abroad in Zurich, Switzerland.

Ryan Zervakos is a Southern California native and attended the University of Southern California with a Navy scholarship as part of the NROTC program.
